At PDu we have devised a highly structured development process to ensure all projects meet the high standards we have set.
This development process is central to our work and is strigently adhered to regardless of the simplicity or complexity of the project. It is divided into the following 4 Key Phases:
- Understand and React
- Test
- Construct
- Implement
Our process allows clients to select services which match their project needs and is flexible enough to allow them to select sevices which work in conjunction with their own internal resource. Whilst we can oversee a project from a blank page to the production line we are also often involved in pure idea generation or enhancements or modifications to products already in production.
