Michael Thomas has been selected to sit on the board of the Engineering & Manufacturing Sector Council for the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce. The purpose of the Sector Council is to set the vision and strategy for the development of the sector, including skills and employment, within the Greater Manchester sub-region. The council will identify areas requiring action and will develop and monitor suitable actions and strategies that address the identified needs of the sector to ensure its growth and competitiveness.
